CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email or fax. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancellation request’. The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip. For Christmas, New Year, Diwali & other important festivals the normal cancellation policy does not apply and payments for against bookings during such busy period are considered as non-refundable. Please check with our travel consultants at the time of booking for such cancellation policy for special event tours.

Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as follows:

Packages

• If cancellation is made any time not less than 5 days prior to departure, 20% shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 04 to 01 day prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• With in 24 hours if there is any cancellation there will be no refunds.
